Avalon - On Thanksgiving, I was thankful to my employer for giving me a paycheck; to my realtor, for his dedication to helping us buy our home; to my veterinarian, for her care and compassion to my cats; to my neighbor, for being such a lovely person; to my brother and his fellow military personnel, for their service; and most importantly, to my family, for their love, generosity, and hard work. A deity did not figure into it at all.
