Avalon - As a taxpayer, I appreciate Avalon Police Dept. staying in one spot. If they were patrolling ghostly streets they would be expending exorbitant amounts of gas. Gas which doesn’t need to be burned. Gas equals money. While our bank account may be endless, these officers are thrifty, and I can appreciate that.
