Avalon - A tax spouter is kidding, right? Of course there is transparency. The CFO produces a financial statement for every Council meeting that shows tax collections, late payments, a balance sheet, and spending to budget plus bad debt. You have to be totally disconnected to think the Borough would or is hiding this information. If they are, there is the penalty of fraud involved. That is not the case. They are not going to read off taxpayer names at meetings and publicly announce who's current and who's not. I have never heard such a ludicrous accusation in my life.
