Stone Harbor spouters are ridiculous!

Avalon - Stone Harbor spouters are ridiculous! Nobody ever spouted about the public works director!!! People are commenting about council hiring a director, and not telling him who he answers too, until after he was hired.. Nothing was said about the guy personally!!!! The spouts were directed at the council and city manager within Stone harbor!
