Avalon - To the spouters who made pithy comments after we suggested Stone Harbor's side yard collection system is better than Avalon's. We do live here year round, and we do pick up trash that blows out of our and our neighbors' cans all year long. We do see Avalon Borough trucks driving all over after storms, which happen every other week, picking up trash here and there, but missing the majority of it that blows into the water. Avalon, be proactive and do side yard pickup, so the cans are not exposed out on the curb to the high winds.
