Avalon - Spouters defending the DUI laws are missing some points. First, speeding, texting and just bad driving does kill more people than so called 'drunk drivers.' Second, 0.08 is just an arbitrary number. Every day, many people above the 0.08 limit drive home safely without harming anyone. DUI laws are over zealous. Stop painting people that have a few drinks as criminals.
