Avalon - A spouter wondered if everyone in Avalon is either rich or retired. I'm neither. It's a struggle to get by, and a challenge to live between two construction sites. My mortgage isn't on vacation either, but I can't rent this summer because of disruptive construction that hits me in the pocketbook. Instead of a summer ban, how about limits on the type of construction allowed in summer - no pile driving, no foundations and no heavy equipment?
