Avalon - Sounds like Spouter who thinks Avalon needs a hotel and the Jack's liquor license made available ASAP are one in the same. This Spouter does not think Avalon needs another hotel, another bar, restaurant with liquor license, or a wedding venue on the beach. Enough already!
