Avalon - As someone noted, Avalon does not have a dog park. That is because it does not need a dog park. Dogs are pets. We love them and enjoy them, but there is no need to elevate their status to having "dog parks." We have lived here for generations and always had dogs, well-loved and cared for dogs who did not need "dog parks." This trend is getting out of hand and there is no reason that taxpayers need to devote money or space to entertain someone's pets.
