Avalon - Somebody spouted, "The White House did not glow in France colors." It was a wonderful show of support that many buildings across the country were bathed in "France" colors, as the spouter called the blue, white and red, but the White House is an iconic symbol of the nation, and as such doesn't change colors to reflect those of any other nation, although we do share the same three with France. No flag flies above the flag of the U.S. and the White House doesn't change colors.
