Avalon - So many of the big, bloated houses on this island are like ugly warts on beautiful skin. This island was fine with the size houses that have been the mainstay, but with some people, too big is not always big enough. And the lax zoning for which we have become famous, and overcrowded, just makes it worse. I will clean this up a bit, but a good analogy is that you can't fit 20 pounds of dirt in a 10-pound bucket.
