For several years now, I have been woken up by the sounds of law

Avalon - For several years now, I have been woken up by the sounds of lawn mowers and construction tools before 10 a.m. I understand that many of the residents in Avalon enjoy waking up early in the summer months, whether it be to exercise or just get their day started. However, as someone who works seven-plus-hour shifts every day during summer, I would appreciate it if I could sleep in some days without being woken up by this noise. I hope that eventually a noise ordinance will be set forth to address the issue.
