Avalon - In response to the Avalon spouter that complained about red cups last week and asked if the bars give them as 'to-go' cups or do patrons bring them in and dance with them in pockets: I also have seen my lawn littered with a sea of red cups on Sunday mornings. Last weekend I went undercover digging. I saw a man who sells cold beer and cups to people leaving the bar. He and his 'crew' station themselves a block from local establishments. This is something that hasn't been seen by local authorities. It's insane they are allowed to do this! We should discuss how to shut this enterprise down!
