Avalon - With regard to Cape May County as a Second Amendment Sanctuary, a reminder for the freeholders, gun-rights individuals and organizations in the county. When the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment grants an individual the right to keep and bear arms, the justices emphasized that their decision did not prohibit the passing of laws to limit and control the purchase and possession of guns. If the freeholders, or any gun-rights individual or organization, attempts to defy state gun-control laws, they should be dealt with, as any other law breaker is dealt with.
