Avalon - The real problem with this country is the bottom 1%. They destroy schools, don't work good jobs, don't work, and contribute nothing to society. On top of being unproductive, many are destructive. Their neighborhoods are covered with trash, graffiti and high crime. We have given them housing, food, education, healthcare and so on. The more we do for them, the less they do for themselves.
