Avalon - Police officers execute a Search Warrant issued by a Judge on a case they had not previously investigated. They knock on the door and no one responds. They force the door and a man inside opens fire, shooting one of the officers. They return fire, and in the maelstrom, an innocent young woman is killed. If you ask me, I would charge the man who opened fire on the police with her death. He started the firefight shooting at the police.
