Avalon - A person in Avalon was upset that government didn't come to help an injured seagull. Seagulls are wild animals. In the wild, some animals eat other animals. Some animals starve to death. Lots of animal babies don't live to maturity. Nature is not kind. Only the strong survive. Don't waste my tax dollars trying to interfere with course of nature. The seagull population is out of control here. Nature has a way of striking a balance.
