Avalon - Perhaps the Avalon Beach Patrol should remind their lifeguards not to urinate on the beach. While standing there on 35th Street Beach the lifeguard brings in the boat and then stands there urinating next to it. We reported it to the other lifeguard who admitted seeing him do it and said he was sorry we had to see it. Is this the quality of guards we want on our beach?
