Part of Avalon's beaches between 38th and 50th Streets are cordo

Avalon - Part of Avalon's beaches between 38th and 50th Streets are cordoned off to encourage the breathing of the beautiful oyster catchers. I understand that there are two nests in the area. All vehicular traffic is prohibited near the restricted zone. Recently, I observed several Avalon Beach Patrol trucks driving through, close to 30-feet of the zone. This question was raised many times this year. If the vehicles are allowed, then start raking up the beach areas. Since May there was no clean up of sea weeds. I am a taxpayer, just like the rest of the residents.
