Avalon - Once again, the Avalon code enforcement official is not doing his job. Not only has he dropped the ball regarding a major violation in the high dunes, he continues to ignore daily violations by builders and their contractors. You call his office to make a complaint re side yard violations,, damage to your property by a contractor, builders using your private property for storage while they build and nothing is EVER done about it. Avalon always sides with the builders. Bigger houses, more tax money to spend, no concern for their own ordinances or residents.
