Avalon - Now that Pagliughi has restricted seasonal homeowners from access to their properties, it seems only fitting that he and the Council Members do something to abate the taxes during the entire time the ban exists. We owners pay significant $$ in Avalon. Seasonal owners already have taxation without representation. Now we have taxes without access.
