No plea excepted by the judge!!

Avalon - No plea excepted by the judge!! The big guys son was almost let off and then would saved his father from any further investigation and trial (double jeopardy). Excellent move by the judge. She questioned the “ongoing investigation” and clearly held it is premature to enter into any plea agreement while there is a continuing investigation. This is rather simplistic. Kudos to her for having the respect of her duties and the rule of law. Unlike the DOJ, she was NOT compromised.
