No one should blame Tech School management for what is happening

Avalon - No one should blame Tech School management for what is happening to the custodians. This is discrimination based on the socioeconomic and educational status of these employees, and could be an affirmative action lawsuit. To be fair, this board is going to have to privatize other departments by May 14, like IT and web design since there are outside companies that can also do these jobs and save the school money. This school board has no respect for loyal, middle class workers.
