That has been the lot of wild animals since the beginning. That is how animal populations are regulated by nature. Feral cats are wild animals. When enough of them freeze or starve to death, their population will either vanish or be reduced significantly. These are not grandma's kitty cats, they are wild. We do not feed the rabbits, raccoons or skunks.
