Avalon - In my travels around town on Flag Day June 14, one flag was draped into a house's gutter and another house had a worn and battered flag wrapped around a post on their upper deck like some old beach towel. Is this political protest or just moronic behavior? Maybe the Herald can write an article about how the American flag must be displayed! Either respect the flag or don't put it up.
