Avalon - A Lower Township Spouter criticizes the Colorado Supreme Court's decision that Trump is ineligible for the ballot in 2024 in Colorado. The Spouter thinks, erroneously, that the decision constitutes election interference, and eliminates our democracy. The Spouter has his or her head screwed on backwards. In fact, the opposite is quite true. Trump encouraged and facilitated an insurrection riot, which makes him ineligible to be president again. It's indisputable: the threat to our democracy is TRUMP, not Colorado's Supreme Court or any other court that decides likewise.
