Avalon - Looking out from the balcony on a 24th St. home, I saw lots of people proudly displaying the American flag. I am so happy to see so many patriots on my street. However, if one is going to fly the flag, please remember it should only be flown from sunup to sunset. If one opts to fly it at night, please remember it must be lighted after dark to show true respect and patriotism. Thanks again for being proud Americans.
