Avalon - Looking into my crystal ball. Sometime, late fall, Biden will announce that health issues have arisen that will preclude his seeking a second term. He will state that this decision was reluctantly made and that if he continued to run and serve he would be fine. But in the best interests of the USA, he can not take the risk.
