Avalon - Looking at the Avalon Tax Collector’s Office website there are some property owners who have not paid their property taxes for 2018. There should be transparency by the Borough to list the total of properties delinquent and the amount owed. There may be extenuating circumstances why some are delinquent, but since all property tax owners’ status are open to the public, the total liability to the Borough should also be known.
