Avalon - Living on Dune Drive in Avalon, we have a front row seat to the irresponsible behavior of some golf cart drivers and passengers. Some of these people think they are immune to danger by not wearing seat belts as well as children leaning out of the vehicle (unbelted) that could lead to a quick death. One of the worst we have seen many times is the six seater with a parent driving and a 3-4 year old sitting alone facing following traffic in the rear seat. This is a recipe for disaster. I urge the Avalon police to ticket the drivers for not wearing seat belts an unsafe driving conditions.
