Avalon - The lights in New York Times Square on 37th Street are shining brightly once again. However, they are a nuisance and very unattractive. This is known as light trespassing and it affects migrating birds as well as humans. The lights are so bright that they cause the street lights to shut off due to their brightness. Unfortunately, Avalon has no nuisance code to prevent these lights. How can we get rid of them?
