Avalon - Kudos to the elderly man who went up to a young couple smoking on the beach with children and told them that there would be a fine if they were caught smoking around small children. Double kudos to the couple for moving to the dune area of the beach to smoke! Great way to get smokers to be aware of the children around them and maybe have less smokers in populated areas of our beaches in Avalon!
