Avalon - Kudos to Avalon's Department of Public Works. Over the last few years, when a request was made to repair the shingles on the platform at the public dock at 23rd and Ocean, clean the dock's platform to make it safer, replace a broken step at 25th and boardwalk, or ask for ladders to be added to all public docks so when the tide goes low we can all climb out, the response was amazing. These folks are on it, and very quick about it. My husband and our friends marvel about this. Thank you many times over!
