Kids on bikes ignoring traffic laws has gotten much worse in pas

Avalon - Kids on bikes ignoring traffic laws has gotten much worse in past two years. Police should be out of their SUVs and on foot or on bikes giving out warnings and fines. Unfortunately I feel it will take a tragedy for any real action.
