Avalon - July 4th weekend in Avalon, and I hope that our Zoning and Planning Board took note of the fact that there was NO parking available on most streets. A tribute to their forethought and planning approving stacked driveways, and MEGA mansions with only one spot the stable of CARS. Why not add a Boutique Hotel...(it will turn eventually to a Condo). Parking for it...nah. Get every ratable you can!
