Avalon - Judging from the conversations I have been having and what I have seen here in Spout Off, it is plain to see that most people in Avalon are against the hotel project. It will be interesting to see if public opinion can trump big money when the final decision is made. The people who want to build that hotel have been hugely successful and I wonder if they can appreciate the will of the people, or will they just buy more success for themselves? The hotel really is a terrible idea and most of us really don't want another blow to the character of the town.
