Avalon - Its not just Stone Harbor. We have the same cat and skunk problem here in Avalon. People keep feeding the cats and now this place is loaded with skunks who are digging up our lawns! The borough needs to take this problem seriously and stop allowing the feeding of strays that are all over the dunes.
