It's not bad enough that people are violating social distancing

Avalon - It's not bad enough that people are violating social distancing requests and disregarding the Governor's decree to stay-at-home, they bring their pets and don't have the where-with-all to leash or pick up after them. Please have some respect for the residents. I wonder how much money Avalon has made enforcing all of this, at $1000 per violation?
