Avalon - It is November and the electronic speed detector cart is still on 7th Street. After 10 years on that street, I think everyone now knows the speed limit is 25 mph! When there is equipment like that on a dead end street, the only thoughts are the people who put it there aren't thinking or the sign is in witness protection. I suggest the sign should stay in the north end and be moved around to Avalon and First avenues and Dune and Ocean drives. Enough is enough of turning the north roads into speedways.
