Avalon - It is great that Avalon is going to provide free rinsing stations, changing areas, and playground and picnic areas. It makes it much more affordable for us to spend a day at the beach. May I suggest if this wealthy community could allow free beach access that would be perfect and limit our costs to just transportation.
