Avalon - I'm not sure why Avalon Council even meets. The builder on council drones on and on, defending builders' rights to work all hours, weekends and holidays, the need to extend hours for cleanup and then cries poor for his workers. The public gets five minutes and council members check their phones or leave the dais while they speak. Time for Avalon to get a new team. This one needs to be retired.
