Avalon - I'll admit at the start that I am not a road engineer. Despite that, perceptions become reality. There were at least two dry and clear days this week when no work was done on the Avalon Blvd. Bridge. I remember having the same thoughts on two 60 degree January days. Again, not an engineer, but common sense tells me that the more work that is done, the sooner it is completed. And on time. I'm sure others have the same thoughts as we wait in line several times a day. Let's just get it finished.
