Avalon - If Avalon's Planning Zoning board is going to allow hotels in the business district, they need to include the entire business district, instead of seeming to cut out areas around board members' homes. Better yet, why not just allow hotels where they've already been zoned, in the Hotel/motel district? Hotels in the business district means Avalon won't have a hotel on the water except during a flood tide.
