Avalon - I worked in Hamilton Township's construction office for 25 years. After watching the tape of the Avalon Borough meeting, I could not believe what was said was a mistake in the Avalon office about warranties. Modular homes require warranties just like stick built. It is all easily seen in print. Someone needs to investigate deeper. We received memos from the state all the time, and it was covered clearly in state training. Avalon put a big and incorrect spin on it. And, it looked like the audience bought the story.
