Avalon - I wonder how many people appealed their property taxes after the reevaluations in Stone Harbor and Avalon. While the mill rates are low, the new valuations seem very high. Wish I could get as much for my place as they think I can... my realtor doesn't think so. Don't know how things are in Stone Harbor, but the attitude in Avalon is we should shut up or move. Appeals are expensive!
