Avalon - I was very disappointed on the day following Labor Day when I entered the ocean between very distant lifeguard stands only to be whistled out and told to go back to waist wading in front of the lifeguards. Please let us swim or eliminate the guards! Keep two stands at 28th Street for visitors and open more beaches to allow swimming!
