Avalon - I was recently made aware of the residential home that is currently being constructed on 7th Street in Avalon. How could the zoning board possibly approve such a project? Clearly the "Master Plan" that calls for rear yard setbacks of 85 feet from the street, resulting in uniform setbacks along the waterline, doesn't apply to all Avalon building applicants! Strict building codes have made Avalon the premier place to own a home in South Jersey! It is what truly differentiates us from our neighboring shore communities. Seriously?
