I was looking out my window July 13, and saw three construction

Avalon - I was looking out my window July 13, and saw three construction vehicles parked in the wrong direction. One was a big truck, piled high with lumber. We got a ticket for parking the wrong way on our street, in the dead of winter, when there were four cars on the block, including ours. I could've called the police and reported it, and I’m sure they would've come. But, it would've been the second call that day. I called at 7:10 a.m. The yelling of the workers and the loud, beeping equipment woke me up. I called because construction isn’t to start before 8 a.m. I was told that’s true, but set up can start earlier. Summer 2018 is loud and miserable.
