Avalon - I understand the judge threw the Avalon vine case out. Good call. Town targets an elderly widow about vines, running up bills at taxpayers' expense - total waste of resources. Cooler by a mile? Maybe. Mean-spirited, punitive and more foolish by a mile? Definitely.
