Avalon - I, too, noticed the moving pod on 13th Street, and was curious how it could be there so long. Now, I am really interested because, as of July 3, it has a 36" by 36" facsimile of a construction information sheet required in Avalon on the pod. Only problem is, a quick check of the code enforcement website shows no permit for this residence.
